You can control your urban empire with more power than ever before. The SimCity 3000 tool is like building blocks, and then you add textures and props. You can change the terrain color, the vegetation, building sets, and the general character of the lighting. With have more realistically rendered buildings, look at the dearth of origional building. You also have much more control over ordinances. This title provides hours of entertainment and then you start to use cheats and it provides hour more.
